Call for eye-witness statements
If you’ve been out in the streets of Caracas today and want to share what you saw, I encourage you to write an eye-witness statement and email it to me. I will post selections here, with or without your name.
I’m looking for short (200-500 words), factual statements with specific observations, and what you made of them.
