In TalCual today, Valentina Lares informs that 14 medical interns were fired from the Pérez de León hospital in Petare for refusing to recant their signatures demanding a recall vote. This happened as the Health Minister declared signing a “terrorist act.”
Other Venezuelan medical personnel have seen their pay retarded by months on end simply because they happen to work for an opposition controlled municipal or state governments. Ask the nurses at the Concepción Palacios Maternity ward if you don’t believe me.
