One thing I just don’t understand and maybe someone can explain to me in the Comments’ section: as I understood it, the revision process was meant as a safeguard for very basic constitutional principles. What, according to the Constitutional Chamber, is the foundational constitutional principle violated by the Electoral Chamber’s decision? I just don’t understand their reasoning…
