If you can’t quite make it out, it says that after a first meter reading, Corpoelec found that 37% of major energy consuming companies had met the government’s new demand cut targets, while 67% failed to reach the goal.

And they said Corpoelec didn’t have the manpower to read all the meters out there…hell, they read 104% of them! That’ll show ’em…
