I’m sorry, Ambassador Bolton, but I have to call bullshit on you. Not even in the most extremist, mono-thematically obsessed corners of the Anti-Chávez Blogosphere can you find anyone to take talk of a Venezuelan "clandestine nuclear weapons effort" seriously. There’s just no evidence of any such thing…which, I suppose, you already know, which is why you framed your attack in terms of pure insinuendo.
Cripes, it’s not as if Hugo Chávez has ever left us short of legitimate sticks to beat him with: trumping up additional charges, evidence-free, is just driving a hole in your own argument purely for sport.
Is there a version of Godwin’s Law for WMD? If there isn’t, there should be.
