Can you see Russia from your penthouse?
Where does Noticias24.com, a fine publication we love to crib from, get the resources to go to Lima and have a nice chat with Manuel Rosales?
Whose idea was it for the interview to become such a puff piece? (I mean, seriously … Peruvian cuisine?)
Why didn’t they go one step further, and ask him what his sign is, or what historical figures he would most like to have dinner with?
Who told Rosales that reminding people he signed the Carmona decree was a good idea? (I had already forgotten)
And … who said anything about an amnesty for Rosales?
Somethin’ smells fishy, and it ain’t the ceviche.
#30 … it’s Peru week at CC.
