Whose idea was it for the interview to become such a puff piece? (I mean, seriously … Peruvian cuisine?)
Why didn’t they go one step further, and ask him what his sign is, or what historical figures he would most like to have dinner with?
Who told Rosales that reminding people he signed the Carmona decree was a good idea? (I had already forgotten)
And … who said anything about an amnesty for Rosales?
