Two weeks on: Your verdict on Comments-via-Email

Time to take the pulse on this Comments-via-Email experiment.

With no Comments-Section time-sink, we posted much more often than usual to the main page. That meant that we had more rather than fewer site visits during the experiment – 28,806 in the first week of the experiment, vs. our usual 21 to 24,000.

On the other hand, we didn’t elicit as many postable comment-emails as we’d hoped.
