In praise of Adriana Núñez
I had resisted commenting on Hugo Chávez’s tirade against Televen journalist Adriana Núñez last Sunday. The whole thing seems like out of a madhouse: a journalist asks a President three tough, yet pertinent questions, and the man goes ballistic… for more than twenty minutes …
The fact that she held up as well as she did speaks well of her professionalism.
This op-ed by Agustín Blanco Muñoz is a satire of the response, but it pretty much sums it up.
