Chavista oil workers threaten...a paro!
So, with this forthright, very explicit statement refusing to countenance working under a Capriles administration, aren’t PDVSA’s chavista unions in Zulia basically threatening a paro petrolero!?

It’s worth bearing in mind, though, as a reader notes, that
…this “frente” has the nominal participation of only half of PDVSA employees, and even of those maybe a fifth are anything more than names on a mailing list. Their rallies in Caracas were always attended by about 100-200 people.
