"Thank you Francisco and Juan. I'm a highschool teacher, and I assign your articles to the kids. For Venezuela, I have them read Caracas Chronicles once a week, and some other publications likeThe Guardian and the NYT. I will say that NYT really hit home with this article: Traveling Through Venezuela, a Country Teetering on the Brink The New York Times http://www.nytimes.com/2016/02/09/world/americas/a-reporter-travels-through-venezuela-a-country-teetering-on-the-brink.html Never, in my wildest dreams did I picture the possibility of being this poor and this worried about those around me. Today, in Valencia, we are collecting rainwater to take showers, which means the mosquitoes are all over the place. I even went out and bought a "mosquitero," something that I have not used since I was a little girl. And like Luis Vicente Leon says, "Nos estamos acostumbrando." That scares me."
