“They think they’re untouchable. Let justice do its job. Then they change their faces from arrogance and stupidity to the scared look they’ve always had. That [Guanipa’s arrest] is proof that justice is working.
“People and even sectors of the opposition were saying, ‘He’s gone crazy.’ No, he’s crazy. He’s been that way his whole life. They act like this because they think they’re superior to everyone else. So we ask them to understand that this is an opportunity life is giving them.”
