Jorge Rodríguez convened members of Maduro’s potemkin opposition, including former presidential candidate Luis Eduardo Martínez—who garnered just 0.79% of the vote on July 28.
Rodríguez proposed a “dialogue among democrats” to organize mega-elections in 2025, combining regional and parliamentary contests.
