  3. Dorothy, great job.

Guys, look at these figures. There is an escuálido at the Che Guevara school, it seems…the chuzpah! There are a lot others where Maduro got hundreds of votes and we got 1.
I’d like to go to that school in Southern Valencia where results were 124 to 0.

  4. Just by looking at the map I found a whole area with extremely suspicious results.
Focus on Delta Amacuro, municipio Antonio Diaz, parroquia Curiapo.
In Oct 2012 Chavez got 80% of the votes.
In Apr 2013 Maduro got 90%.

If we go into detail by mesa we can see that in 12 out of 13 mesas Capriles got less votes in 2013 than 2012, Maduro OTOH got more votes in 8 of those mesas.

The really interesting part comes when you see the numbers for those 8 mesas:
    Escuela Pedernales
Mesa 1, Maduro got 29 more votes, Capriles got 24 less votes than in 2013
Mesa 2, Maduro got 13 more votes, Capriles got 16 less votes
Mesa 3, Maduro got 24 more votes, Capriles got 23 less votes
Mesa 4, Maduro got 30 more votes, Capriles got 29 less votes

    Escuela Concentrada sin numero
Mesa 1, Maduro got 24 more votes, Capriles got 28 less votes than in 2013

    Escuela Conct Bella Vista
Mesa 1, Maduro got 46 more votes, Capriles got 49 less votes than in 2013
Mesa 2, Maduro got 19 more votes, Capriles got 16 less votes

    Escuela Concentrada sin numero Cangrejito
Mesa 1, Maduro got 100 more votes, Capriles got 119 less votes than in 2013

This is no definitive proof of fraud of course, but it merits a close audit when you have a whole Parroquia where place after place the national trend is bucked with a reversal of voters in the opposite direction.

Consider the last case (Escuela Concentrada sin numero Cangrejito) in 2012, 246 people voted for Chavez, 128 voted Capriles in 2013, 346 voted Maduro and only 9 voted Capriles.

What happened there? Is this the result of ‘assisted vote’?

    • In the past, in Delta Amacuro, at different times: more people have voted than even exist, including all ages; people have been paid several hundred Bs. to vote for Chavismo; and, in one case I know personally, a person from/but not even present to vote in Delta Amacuro, read that she had voted (by her CI number) for Chavez there.

  5. In the middle of Capriles’ speech on Globovisión, giving an ultimatum to the government that it has until tomorrow, he was interrupted by a cadena from the government, re-introducing Tibisay Lucena’s announcement on 14A, followed by a manipulation and distortion of Capriles’ previous messages… ay Dios.

  6. Go Capriles goooooooo
Now we are talking Capriles!! That is how you talk to these band of crooks
    Now, please watch your back

    • As a general rule, if you can’t tell if it’s valid or not from the article itself, the answer is that it’s not valid.

  7. interesting and informative map. As well as the oddities mentioned above I note that everything is ‘pro Maduro’, even in states where he got a minority it is still e.g. “36% pro Maduro”
